Absolute scammers. Paid Michael $400 to tell me "I dont know". Im a contractor so I know the questions to ask and he acted like he was doing a favor for me instead of being paid for a service. He even told me I have another job I need to get to. I paid you for a service and he basically came there to say I dont know and be paid $400. This is my first time writing and posting a negative review publicly, ever. Rakotex Inc was in contract with me through Shivani at Interior Motif in Hoboken to install HunterDouglas window treatments, motorized with smart hub features. They were not proactive and unprofessional TWO TIMES. I would not recommend working with this business to anyone. Very disappointed. Besides the point that the original installation went wrong (wrong measurement, bad installation which had to be redone) now 3 years later - warranty work is not being done either! Can’t reach customer service, “billing department” can’t process the order for over 2 weeks therefore then installer is not getting in touch! I can’t believe that such a reputable company as Home Depot would hire such a bad operator. Strongly discourage from doing business with Rakotex
I couldn't have better things to say about the Team over at Rakotex.. They did an incredible job in our Home and we've referred them to a lot of Friends who had similar, incredible experiences.
