I hired Ryan Rakness to defend my son from an order of protection case that should never have been brought before a judge. My son suffers from severe anxiety and paranoia, and the thought that he could have to live in fear of this person wrongfully accusing him of something for two years was taking a heavy toll on him. Ryan was extremely profesional and took a real personal interest in my son and my concerns. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a very capable and honest attorney.

I had a ticket for failing to yield the ROW for an emergency vehicle which unknowingly to me, is a Class 1 misdemeanor offense. It was classified as reckless driving and carries penalties of a Class 1 misdemeanor, including up to 12 months in jail and/ or fine up to $2,500.
