This looks like it may have been a super cool place and I would have really liked to try it. I called to try and make a to go order only to be told I wasn't allowed to substitute the noodles for rice? Not trying to be picky here, but as someone with TMJ and teeth issues with a hard time chewing through noodles, this was incredibly frustrating and put a halt on my order entirely. Maybe next time.

味は美味いけど若干クオリティに気になる点あり、今後に期待。 醤油ラーメン、スープとても美味しい。煮干し系？ダラスのイチゴラーメンと良い勝負なのでは？ 麺のセレクトもピッタリ。しかし、茹でた後の麺がめちゃくちゃくっ付いてしまっていて、ほぐすのに苦労した。スタッフの茹で方のスキルの問題？とても残念。 メンマたっぷりなのは最高。 エビ味噌ラーメンも、スープかなり美味い。が、ぬるい。麺もスープに合った中太の卵強めの麺で合ってる。 チャーシュー丼、味付けは凄くいい感じで濃くて男子向けだが、肝心のご飯が不味い。潰れてたりカピカピだったり。残念。米がうまければ最高なはず。 子供用メニューの唐揚げとポテト、味が薄めになってて、キッズ専用？とても良い。 メニューとかはベタベタした汚れが目立つので、スタッフさん頑張ってもらいたい。

The vegan quartz hits every time! The sushi is pretty good too, and the chili oil is the best I've ever had 😍. Normally we pick it up and eat at home, tonight we dined in and most of the servers were super nice! Our initial server seems annoyed with us from the get go, we ordered a vegan ramen that showed up with pork chasu on it. The "replacement" looked very similar to the first one... just with the pork missing. I’m from Oklahoma, and our Ramen is better than a major metro like Dallas? Not sure what’s wrong with this place, we ordered 4 different types, all were sub par.
