Dr.Neelam is my biggest blessing I received during tough phase of my life. Very good doctor and kind at heart. Gives maximum time to hear patient views patiently. She is one of the finest doctor I ever met . Breast cancer treatment is long rough journey but I am very blessed to say “ I am in good hands”. City of hope Gurnee staffs are amazing. My mom's cancer came back. At the age of 95 she chose to not get any new treatments. Dr Neelam has been so nice. We will continue to go to her for checkups. Mom loves her. ♥️
Jan 3, 2023 - I called to schedule an appointment. Lina said they don't have the order from my primary doctor. She said she would follow up with my primary Dr. and call me back. Jan 11, 2023 - Lina has not called me back. I called and Evelyn answered and very rudely said they can not schedule any appointments until they have all the information. I asked what information they need ... but before I finished my sentence, she switched me to someone else. In my opinion, Evelyn is very rude!!! I prefer no to interact with rude peo... read more
