I am extremely disappointed with the communication and responsiveness of this doctor’s office. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for my mother since last week, and I have repeatedly called the office without anyone answering. I have also left multiple voicemail messages and have not received a single return call. Filed a complaint with the state medical board. They do not call you back and do not fill your much needed prescriptions.
This review isn’t for Dr. Munir - she is a wonderful doctor and I have always had a good experience with her. The review is for the office. And I wish there was an option for less than one star. They know how bad they are so they won’t list themselves in Google Maps so the only review I can list is here. Sorry Dr. Munir. Stay as far away from this place as you can tho. This is the worst place in the entire world to try to get appointment with. Don’t even try it.
They don't answer the phone or return voicemails. I've tried to call multiple times to schedule an appointment and get voicemail each time, no return call. No option to schedule online either.
