Dr. Patel is a very unreliable doctor , I had scheduled an appointment in December, 2024 and had got an appointment for Mid March,2025 which got cancelled due to unavailability of Dr. Patel and they have a next available appointment in August, 2025. They do not value their patients and take them for granted, I will highly not recommend such an unprofessional doctor who wasted my entire time.
My Doctor Patel is the best Dr...I ever had. She Is fully aware and truly cares about her patients especially. She has been my Dr for over 15 years and truly grateful for what she has done for me...love you DR PATEL AND HER STAFF...HER STAFF IS SIMPLY AMAZING!!!! TRULY HAPPY DR. PATEL STAFF....
If I could give 0 stars, that would be great. This place is so unreliable and unprofessional. I made an appointment from early december to the end of january, they canceled and rescheduled for early february, then rescheduled again to march and now wanted to reschedule to JUNE! If youdon't want new patients don't open an agenda. Now I lost 3 months trying to make an appointment with this place. Don't try to make an appointmentwith this place. Dr. Rakhee Patel is very professional, friendly and compassionate. My wife delivered twice with her and it was a very pleasant experience both times. My wife pregnancy was high risk and the way she guided us through and supported us was something beyond amazing. The care Dr. Patel provides during pregnancy is outstanding and second to none. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel and her team for anyone wanting a wonderful and safe pregnancy journey. It always felt that we were in the safe hands.
