Horrible. Do not recommend. Felt like she was completely disinterested. No compassion. Not helpful. Wouldn’t make any suggestions except to check back in a half year or so. It was one of the worst experiences. When I asked various questions, she wasn’t even able to answer. Some issues on which I did research, she seemed out of date or just not knowledgeable. Very patient doc. Gets back quickly. Takes time with all patients
Horrible follow-up and communication. I waited two weeks for a response. Her nurse Tina is also very unprofessional.
Very disappointed. Dr.Kelalkar got my lab result. Takes her time to call. On the contrary, my rheumatologist got in touch, filled in prescription as soon as he received my blood work. That’s the difference. I needed a refill of medication, and I had called the office at 2pm on Friday. The office called back and said the doctor will call me on Monday. I told the nurse that there is a death in the family and I am leaving the country in Monday..and I need medication. The nurse on station said that Dr. Kelalkar can only address ... read more
