This place has horrible service. We ordered a flat headstone for my mom in the beginning of May, and they still have no timeline on when they will finish it. It took them over 8 weeks to give us a proof, and we had to be on their case about it. They've been rude every time we call and lack good communication skills. We had a friend whose mother also passed away whose stone is now in the same cemetery. Similar design and all. This person died about two months after my mom. All we've been given are excuses.
