Sorry to report that some of the staff were rude, there were long wait times to be helped at the front desk, and to simply drop off specimens, the computer system seemed to be inefficient.
The experience with the doctor and medical staff was excellent. The registering staff could be more receptive by greeting the patient. But the parking is atrocious. You need to walk miles because of the configuration of it.
I had a UTI and the office treated me very fast.
