Tiny waiting room that was packed with not enough seats. Disorganized, frazzled staff, and over booking appointments! I waited 2 hours as a new patient! Patients that had appointments after me were being seen before me. Could not locate my hospital medical records that were sent to the office twice!!!! After 2 hours, I left and am going elsewhere!
Awaiting Leave of absence paperwork for my wife for 2 weeks. People in office do not return calls and they have floating staff so no one can help you on any given day. The office manager Kelly is difficult to contact and does NOT follow up. To date I have not received a reply
