Honest and responsive Thanks to Raker for providing me a prompt and honest estimate over the phone for a washing machine repair where I ultimately decided to forego for a purchase of a new one due to the repair cost on a 13 year old machine. This way I was able to avoid a $150 service call that would have resulted in the same conclusion. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the future.

When I asked for washing machine repair company recommendations in my local Facebook group, Raker was recommended by several people! Reid came out the day after I called - diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and came back 2 days later and fixed our machine! He was so nice and professional. I was so impressed with the company’s responsiveness and quality of care. Some companies I called wanted me to wait over a week for diagnosis! Highly recommend!
