I've used Raker for years and always been pleased with the service and response. Today, I had Max from Raker out to repair my washer. He arrived promptly, was very knowledgeable, thorough, and worked quickly. He went over all my appliances, cleaned my refrigerator coils, fixed a leaky ice-maker water supply, I could not be happier or more confident that I am in good hands when I need help.
Raker responded to my email right away and scheduled a visit next day. Max was kind, honest and thorough. I will definitely call them the next time I need an appliance repaired.
