Have been using Myles Appliance for years but got frustrated with the bureaucracy and non-responsiveness so tried Raker. Will never go back, everything you read in the reviews is true: dependable, competent, responsive, and fairly priced. I highly recommend
Can't recommend Raker highly enough. He diagnosed the dishwasher's problem from my email before he even showed up, then when he showed up (exactly when he said he would) it turned out he was right and he had the part already in hand. Within an hour I had a working dishwasher again. Other than the fact that I don't want another appliance of mine to break, I can't wait to use him again.
Responsive, they called ahead, were courteous, gave me the price before doing the work and completed it in a timely manner. The price quote was right in line with my research on the repair and I felt they were fair.
