Setup an appointment twice with them for a job but they never showed up. Not even a call to reschedule.
Rak Plumbing & Heating is reliable, did amazing work for me at my houses. I had an emergency and they were able to help me right away. Knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and fair about their prices. I recommend these guys for any plumbing work that needs to be done, they are the best for the job. I highly recommend!
Made an appointment with the plumber then they ghosted me. Never telling me they wouldn’t show up and we turned the water off for the whole condo building for nothing. Do not recommend.
I reached out to these guys for assistance and they denied the job without providing an explanation as to why. An explanation would have been nice. Strange way of doing business
