Told my wife nothing was wrong with her, turns out she was suffering from celiac disease for years while he kept brushing her off. Just now he canceled an appointment with her for another problem with another doctor at the practice. He told the nurse to cancel with her because nothing was wrong with her again, without ever seeing her. A complete hack who cares nothing for suffering patients.
Her receptionists frequently "take notes" when I call that never get delivered, and it's impossible to contact her outside of an appointment.
She was rude and unprofessional. Never had such an uncomfortable experience with a doctor.
Dr. Do was my doctor this morning for a colonoscopy at Salem Hospital. I have diagnosed health anxiety. My mother had colon cancer this past summer. I was very anxious for this test. I discovered that I have polyps. Dr. Do did not offer much explanation about what this meant . He also told me of another potential condition that he did not explain. He was cold and not empathetic. Dr. Brodsky took time and listened to my concerns in preop. Once my pathology results were posted in the patient portal, immediately there was a letter from him explaining my results with recommendations. I had posted some questions through the portal and Dr. Brodsky posted a response the very next day addressing each of my concerns and with further recommendations. I have never disliked a doctor as much as I did within the first 5 minutes of my visit with Dr. Kolli. I found her condescending, intrusive (about things that had nothing to do with my reason for the appointment or my health). Without getting too specific, she dismissed my concern, said everything was fine and told me I just needed to relax more. Shortly after I decided to go to a Minute Clinic and was diagnosed properly (and quickly). Because NSPG is small, I'm reviewing anonymously.
Dr. Ireland, Is a gold standard of Physicians, she has outstanding clinical skills and is extremely compassionate with great listening skills as well.
I got to this doctor by accident. Although i brought all my diagnosis to him, confirmed with the best doctors, he forced me to do some very expensive tests and said i was healthy! Unqualified doctor.
Saw Dr. Hartfelder when I was experiencing bad acid reflux and when I didn't have any appetite for days because of it. He was not only unfriendly and condescending with his responses to my concerns, but he also gave no insight to my issues. He literally said "if these symptoms come back, I won't have an answer for you" basically telling me to hit the road. Fine, I will, and leave you the review you deserve.
