An outstanding doctor that will go above and beyond
Had to go into the office to make my annual appointment twice. There telephone service takes at least an hours wait to become the last in the que and then disconnects. Their patient portal is useless as well. Could not see Dr. Thaker and was seen by her Nurse. I went in specifically for gyn on going existing problems..............and was NOT given an exam. I was told by the receptionist that I would have one , that the nurse was qualified to give them. The nurse stated, because I was past 65 years of age, that most problems ... read more
