Dr .Patel is my dad's endocrinologist. She is a good doctor, but the staff is useless. Today my dad had to take a fasting blood test prior to his check up next week and I had to drive him to Quest. Mind you, the quest appointment took weeks to book due to high season for various tests. My mother called couple of weeks multiple times to confirm whether the script was sent to Quest so that we have a smooth check in process at Quest. My Dad likes Dr. Patel but the office administration staff is the WORST! Today they moved my dad's original appointment to a tele-appointment. They failed to send any links to access the tele-appointment in a timely manner. Then I received an email 1.5 hours after the appointment stating that it was canceled. When I called back they could not even get in touch with Dr. Patel's office. I had to leave a message with the main office staff. My dad is an 88 year old man. He is unable to adapt to these changes at the drop of a hat... read more
