The staff, the nurse practitioner, and Dr. Kalagate are very kind, show that they do care about my health, and listen carefully to my concerns. My Lupus flairs has been very well managed since I started seeing Dr. Kalagate. Plenty of parking. Parking is free.
I would not recommend seeing her. I’ve been seeing her for four years and I knew immediately she wasn’t going to be a great doctor but I needed a Rheumatologist immediately. HER BEDSIDE MANNER IS DISGUSTING!!!! She asked me “what’s my role in this?” As if she isn’t the DOCTOR. I will absolutely be ending my care with her & would suggest anyone else to seek somewhere else before scheduling with her. She doesn’t not care about her patients or people who truly need help. Horrible provider!
I would not recommend! Her staff is very rude and not helpful! They will literally argue with you and talk over you and ignore what you have to say. I am uncomfortable and not the type of environment I want to be in.
I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the unprofessional treatment I received from Dr. Kalagate and the staff at Dr. Kalagate’s office, which resulted in my abrupt and unjust dismissal as a patient. I have been under Dr. Kalagate’s care for over a year without any prior issues. However, the situation began when my daughter was referred as a new patient.
