Firstly, let me say that the front desk workers are so sweet and polite. Most receptionists at doctors offices have the worst attitude, but these girls made me feel welcome. As far as the doctor, no. I went to two appointments, and the first time she gaslit me. It was about swelling in my lymph nodes saying they don’t feel swollen, even though my scan results literally said they were (did she even review my file?). Many of these negative reviews had me worried for my first appointment this morning, but my experience was great. The woman at the counter was friendly and kind upon checking in. The doc's assistant who led me into the room & asked me questions was nice as well! And Dr. Kalagate herself was very attentive and kind; she actually considered my concerns with the pain I'm having.
