Many of these negative reviews had me worried for my first appointment this morning, but my experience was great. The woman at the counter was friendly and kind upon checking in. The doc's assistant who led me into the room & asked me questions was nice as well! And Dr. Kalagate herself was very attentive and kind; she actually considered my concerns with the pain I'm having. I was a patient of Dr.Kalagate for almost 10 years. Her office had trouble with my prior authorization and Dr.Kalagate threatened to drop me as a patient because “I was taking time away from her kids.” Always rude and dismissive during my visits. She made me feel terrible for things that were out of my control.
