I was a patient of Dr.Kalagate for almost 10 years. Her office had trouble with my prior authorization and Dr.Kalagate threatened to drop me as a patient because “I was taking time away from her kids.” Always rude and dismissive during my visits. She made me feel terrible for things that were out of my control.
The staff, the nurse practitioner, and Dr. Kalagate are very kind, show that they do care about my health, and listen carefully to my concerns. My Lupus flairs has been very well managed since I started seeing Dr. Kalagate. Plenty of parking. Parking is free.
