This is my doctor and I think hes amazing . Yes sometimes you might have to wait for your appointment . but he amazing and very well informed and doesn't make me feel uncomfortable at all.
What kind of Dr office forces you to take time off your work to go drop an application for new patient (can't send by email or fax, they demand that you bring it physically before they decide whether they'll take you as a patient or not), then they never even call you back?? Why do you need patients to physically walk in your office before you decide to take them in?? It should only be whether you're accepting new patients or not, and whether you accept their insurance or not. Anything else is prejudicial.
I'm the outreach coordinator for The Pain Management Institute. I just spoke with Anna on 7/17/25 11:05am about medical marijuana evals and medication management from referrals and instead of rushing me off the phone when I explained our services, she spoke with someone to get me permission to drop off materials. Very kind. FIVE STARS!
Don't bother because they don't honor appointments. Waited over a year for my child to see this poor excuse of a doctor only to be rescheduled. Then to have the AUDACITY to call again to reschedule.... they can shove the appointment somewhere else!
