Would rate zero stars if I could. I saw Dr. Shah (and I certainly use the term Dr. lightly) a few years back for a Gastroparesis diagnosis. He put me on a medication used for ulcers and said it was also used to help my condition (any research and studies I looked into said different but I trusted he knew what he was saying) cut to seeing a new provider yesterday and I was informed the medication I was on was wrong for my diagnosis and I should not have been taking it! Id give him 0 stars but it wont let me. DO NOT go to dr.shah. I had an allergic reaction to a biological medicine and he ignored it and the office staff hung up on me. Just suck it up and go to Syracuse or Burlington
