All these reviews are based on getting a good LOR. Nothing more. Zero stars really. 4 week rotation "with" Dr. Kanadala and I only met him once. That one time I went to his office to ask him for a signature for completion of the rotation. As I try to ask him a question, he screamed at me and told me it's a private office and leave. 4 weeks of trying to take care of his patients and that's what I get. Incredible clinical experience. Opportunities to learn in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Being able to work with a diverse group of providers in an interdisciplinary team care setting makes this the best clerkship I have taken part in.
Dr. Kandala is a highly skilled and humble physician who goes the extra mile for all his patients. His passion for teaching future physicians is so inspiring for students like me. I got to learn so much during my time under his guidance and had the opportunity to polish my skills. His dedication to make every patient's visit smoother and educating them over their conditions is what sets him apart. i would highly recommend his care and teaching services.
Dr. Kandala is one of the most capable family physicians I have ever met. Not only as a physician but also as a mentor, his abilities are marvelous. The way he manages patients, his clinical and communication skills, and his abilities to guide the residents, externs, and medical students are all abilities that make him stand out among his colleagues. I would love to and will feel very lucky if I find a mentor like him in my residency
