Extremely professional, excellent chairside manners. Explained my eye exam well.
Dr. Badal was very professional and thorough.
I made my appointment for mid morning thinking there would not be a wait. I arrived 15 minutes early and waited 55 minutes to be seen by the technician. Once the process started, it was fairly timely and I liked Dr Badal. However, I fail to understand why it takes almost an hour for the technician to call you back to begin the eye test and then dilate your eyes.
