I have only seen the Nurse Practitioner so far, but she was the first doctor in a long time to actually listen, care and send me for blood and imaging no one ever consider me to have done. They are wonderful here and I am so lucky to finally have a doctors office that genuinely cares about me. I’m hoping to get answers soon but at least for once I have hope of finding out an answer to my chronic joint and muscle pain.
Dr. Is absolutely amazing. A true caring physician that listens and takes her time with you .

I have been going to Dr.Mallela for years.All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Dr.Mallela listen to my concerns. She explains things so I could understand. I have no complaints about her or her staff.She also has a NP Janet.Janet also listens carefully to my concerns and addresses them.If she can't answer she will ask Dr.Mallela. I give this office 5 stars. The entire staff is great. It seems good to go to Drs office where everyone is so friendly and pleasant.
I have been with Dr. Mallela since she was in Lockport. I followed her to her practice in Kenmore. She has caught illnesses other than my RA for me. The addition of PA Janet, has been a great addition to this practice. They both listen and honestly are concerned for your well-being. The office staff has been very helpful with my insurance issues. So as a whole I’d say it’s worth my drive to be treated here.☘️
