I have been going to Dr.Mallela for years.All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Dr.Mallela listen to my concerns. She explains things so I could understand. I have no complaints about her or her staff.She also has a NP Janet.Janet also listens carefully to my concerns and addresses them.If she can't answer she will ask Dr.Mallela. I give this office 5 stars. The entire staff is great. It seems good to go to Drs office where everyone is so friendly and pleasant.
I have been with Dr. Mallela since she was in Lockport. I followed her to her practice in Kenmore. She has caught illnesses other than my RA for me. The addition of PA Janet, has been a great addition to this practice. They both listen and honestly are concerned for your well-being. The office staff has been very helpful with my insurance issues. So as a whole I’d say it’s worth my drive to be treated here.☘️
The worst experience in my life the secretary was extremely rude and should be fired
The front office workers are top notch!! They saved everyone a paperwork nightmare!! The details are boring, other then they knew what to do and did it quickly and professionally!
