Absolutely worse place for service was supposed to get referred to a specialist they had me calling every week for three months for status on why the referral and authorizations were never sent to the specialist had to call my insurance and eventually switch groups because it was never going to happen with this drs office if I was in serious need of consult this is not the place you’re want to go !! Dr. Chahal is quite literally the best doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. He is patient, personable, and thorough. He takes his time to educate and explain whatever disease process or symptoms you’re experiencing. He is an active listener, and an advocator for your health and well-being. I’m honored to be one of his patients !
Dr Chahal and Mary are wonderful Drs. Dealing with the office staff is a nightmare, They have no sensitivity towards those of us with mental health issues. I was "fired" as a patient bcuz I was unable to keep my appointments during a bipolar depression episode. I'm curious if the Drs actually know who the office manager decides to keep or "fire" as patients. It shouldn't be up to non medical personnel to make those decisions.
