Office girl was rude. I’ve called twice to get bloodwork results and told her I need the PA to call me she told me she would send a message to the PA I saw. I waited two days and called back talked to same girl She told me at my appt in January (2 months away) she will give me my results. But she will send another message. I told her I’ve already been thru two bouts with cancer I need her to call me. I’m yet to hear from anyone. Absolutely worse place for service was supposed to get referred to a specialist they had me calling every week for three months for status on why the referral and authorizations were never sent to the specialist had to call my insurance and eventually switch groups because it was never going to happen with this drs office if I was in serious need of consult this is not the place you’re want to go !! Not to mention they take two hour lunches the machine says they’re out for lunch until 1330 hrs and it’s 1400 and still says th... read more
