I have called Dr. Prasad's Office 5 times in the past two weeks regarding test results and no one has returned my phone calls.
I think Dr. Prasad is a fantastic Cardiologist! Dr. Prasad has taken care of myself and my husband for many years. The first point of contact in the Ocean View Office is Fran. She is the front desk manager. She is an amazing professional dealing with all the issues of a very busy office. Fran is always so very kind, warm and friendly. It is a complete pleasure to see Fran with her cheerful smile. Thanks Dr. Prasad and Fran.
I need clearance for surgery. I have called the Lewes office 7 times and left my contact info. I have yet to receive a call back.
