I have been with this Dr office for 8 years. The billing manager and appointment staff are horrible. It takes numerous phone calls to get prescriptions filled and the billing manager will not return a call to discuss the bills. They chose a treatment without my consent that was extremely high in cost. I've been in the office and called the office and watched them all sit at their desks as the phone rang. Lazy non caring jerks.
