I’m the buyer’s agent, and I worked with RJ on a property in Dallas. He showed dedication and strong negotiation skills throughout the entire transaction. Even though we had to work through some issues related to leaks, he was very knowledgeable and always worked to make things fair for both sides. He was professional, easy to work with, and in the end, we successfully made it to the closing table. If you are buying or selling a home, I would definitely recommend working with him.

Working with Rajin Patel in a recent real estate transaction was incredible! His attention to detail was A+. The home had a lot of complicated systems (security, HVAC, lighting, pool, shades) to manoeuvre, and he was completely aware of all of their intricacies. After closing he spent many hours explaining them to the new home owner. Throughout the process he was kind, thoughtful, professional, and always reachable very quickly. During the sale of our home, Rajin was always courteous and knowledgeable. He did an outstanding job of keeping me informed ahead of time on all the key aspects of the process in selling our home. He was always available for open houses as well as available to answer any and all questions that I had. He also did a great job of fostering great relations with the buyer's agent which in turn led to fantastic coordination during the process. I highly recommend Rajin for any real estate work.
