Randy provides an excellent service. We called him when one of our units went out and he got us in his schedule right away. He brought his son and wife and they stayed late until everything was finished and working again. Then he did a follow up a few days later to make sure it was still working great. He saved us thousands by quickly finding new parts and avoiding replacing the whole unit. I highly recommend Randy for your AC repair needs!
Randy is the man… more than 5 stars!!! Fair pricing, great skills and a good, honest man who went above and beyond to fix my heating system before the next freeze hits. I think going above and beyond is just what he does, if you don’t call the Rajin Cajun, you’re paying too much and you’re missing out on the best A/C guy in the area.
I can not say enough about Randy!! We had a clogged a/c drain this summer and he was referred to me by our neighbors. I called him and he was able to come same day and fixed our problem! He’s local to NB which made it so easy! Not only was he extremely professional, he was personable, I feel like I made a new friend! He cares so much about doing right by the customer. If you’re looking for an honest, reliable, professional, knowledgeable, prompt and fairly priced A/C service- Randy is your guy!
We had a really difficult situation with a new ac system freezing up, decided to call Rajin Cajun for a second opinion. So glad we did, he was able to fix our system after the other company from out of town attempted to fix the system on six different tries. We highly recommend Rajin Cajun for any ac needs and we will call them first, before anyone else if we ever need a new ac or have any issues with an existing one. Absolutely honest diagnostics and fair and reasonable pricing .
I highly recommend The Rajin Cajun for your HVAC needs! He was able to come out quickly and did a great job. Customer service was amazing and he answered all of my questions. The cost was very reasonable.
