Literally made my brows thin and they’re usually thick. I gave SIMPLE instructions. Keep it thick just clean it up. And this lady on the phone while doing it and doesn’t know how to follow simple directions. I usually go to this elder woman over there who does it great but this one was younger and did bad, she wears glasses

I get my eyebrows done here. Threading is great and they’re reasonably priced. I got lashes done here and my hair once by the lady that rents a chair there and those weren’t my favorite services but I’ll keep coming here for threading.

The Spanish lady cut my long and beautiful hair and she was putting it alined when she was cutting my hair . She cut my long hair so short and cut it so weird I can’t even explain. I don’t know why on the earth they keep such unprofessional people . I would never ever go in that salon again .

I was promised keratin u-tip hair extensions. After I bought the hair and had an appointment, Theresa not only was 1 hour late, but said she doesn’t know how to do keratin u-tip. She proceeded to recommend to cut off the u-tips for clips… Ma’am then I would have bought clip extensions. Sheer disappointment.
