The Melbourne Florida location it seems that they have two side-by-side. They have this one and then they have a spa location, Leo Was extremely nice and informative, what I did not like is after I made a purchase, I was guaranteed a facial and a gift certificate. And was told I needed to go down to the spa location, which was a couple of doors down. Horrible experience! I was inside the mall to walk! The fast, smooth, slick salesman trick me into coming in and placing stuff on my face! Making all kinds of comments to entice me to buy their products, for which are priced very high! He made all sorts of promises of discounts and free facials which I did not receive! Same as everyone else I'm still looking to see if the products work but they are far too pursistant and aggressive for any honest business
Sketchy sales tactics that are very forceful and pushy. The product is fake, and I do not recommend shopping here. Additionally, any store without a return policy is suspect; buyers, beware.
