The Melbourne Florida location it seems that they have two side-by-side. They have this one and then they have a spa location, Leo Was extremely nice and informative, what I did not like is after I made a purchase, I was guaranteed a facial and a gift certificate. Horrible experience! I was inside the mall to walk! The fast, smooth, slick salesman trick me into coming in and placing stuff on my face! Making all kinds of comments to entice me to buy their products, for which are priced very high! He made all sorts of promises of discounts and free facials which I did not receive! He refused to give me a receipt! He refused to give me a refund for returning the products which were over rated and expensive! Very disappointed! Very unhappy! Sketchy sales tactics that are very forceful and pushy. The product is fake, and I do not recommend shopping here. Additionally, any store without a return policy is suspect; buyers, beware.
This shop scammed people to buy their ridiculously expensive products. They sweet talked to convince you, and when you wanted to leave, they immediately changed their attitude.
