I was given a wheelchair that was too wide to go through the doors to the examination rooms. I called Methodist to inform them of the inconvenience. I left my telephone number and the auto attendant said they would return my telephone call. It has been more than 24 hours and I have not received a call. I was greatly inconvenienced and was delayed in seeing my doctor. No body seems to care about my distress.
Dr V and his staff are personable, knowledgeable and professional. As a retired physician I was very impressed and pleased to be new patient.
