Always talking great care of me and my wife
I approached this office for the reviews Dr. Patel, but was told I would have to see Laura McGovern. When I arrived, I waited over an hour to see her. I observed her in the building while I was waiting. McGovern was scattered, unkempt, and seemed hurried, harried and brusque. My uncle goes here, and the doctor kept pushing insulin. He needs surgery for a kidney stone and other prostate issues. Dr. Laura McGovern is ridiculous to refuse him that. He is in so much pain.
Dr. Patel listens to his patients and addresses their concerns. He HEARD me. My former doctor at another place never listened to me. She was just there for the paycheck, it seemed. Not only is Dr. Patel knowledge, he is kind, and explains things to me very well. Now for his staff... I observed them while in the waiting room. They work very well together, helping each other. His staff are very friendly and thoroughly professional. They follow up with me so that nothing falls through the cracks. I'm very happy with my choice.
