I approached this office for the reviews Dr. Patel, but was told I would have to see Laura McGovern. When I arrived, I waited over an hour to see her. I observed her in the building while I was waiting. McGovern was scattered, unkempt, and seemed hurried, harried and brusque. My uncle goes here, and the doctor kept pushing insulin. He needs surgery for a kidney stone and other prostate issues. Dr. Laura McGovern is ridiculous to refuse him that. He is in so much pain.
