Very positive!! I like the way Dr. Sehgal explains everything when going over my bloodwork. He is very positive and caring to his patients. Although it is great I will only be going once a year now I will miss talking to him every six months.
The request was to show up for the appointment 30 minutes ahead, yet Advent provides the full check in process in advance. This meant I sat in the lobby for 30 minutes for no reason. In future I will not arrive uselessly early for my appointment.
I arrived at the appointment early. I was greeted by a staff member and taken back to the technician. Unfortunately I do not recall her name. However she was very thorough while being accommodating. Paying particular attention to the exacting placement of my breast on the machine. After the mammogram was completed, she did the sonogram with the same precision. After the completion the doctor came in and discussed her concerns and the next step. The professionalism displayed by the staff was top notch.
