I believe your employees are a reflection of your practice. I waited on hold for over 20 minutes with your staff just trying to get scheduled after my doctor sent over my medical information already. After being given the runaround, I was told that someone would either call me back same day, or the following Monday to schedule me to see this doctor. It’s been over a week. It shouldn’t be this hard to schedule a hematologist appointment.
Dr. Sehgal is OUTSTANDING! Treated my Grandmother and spared no effort to ensure that the treatment went smoothly and successfuly. So grateful we found him and he is a true gem in the community. 🙏
