Doctor Sachdeo is amazing however his office staff is not. The office staff has hung up on me multiple times, talks over the top of me instead of letting me ask questions, blames any issues on someone else, and it has been impossible for me to get my prescriptions refilled on time. The whole hospital gives me the run around and says it's not their responsibility, transferring me back and forth to each other. I would not recommend seeing Doctor Sachdeo at HMH try seeing him at his other clinic.

Nothing but great experiences. Very knowledgeable, listens to what you have to say and never rushes you out the door. Staff is amazing, soo helpful and kind with helping to schedule testing and appointments. First Neuro that listened to my issues, was able to provide a diagnosis and rationale for why I was having the issues I was having without automatically assuming I was non-compliant with medication or medically gaslighting me in any way. Highly recommend!

My wife recently had an appointment with Dr. Sachedo. Without going into specifics my wife’s condition involved potential short term disability. Dr. Sachedo felt certain testing needed to be performed. Until testing was scheduled he stated my wife could return to work. The problem is he would not provide a letter to my wife’s employer to explain any restrictions. Needless to say work loss resulted in loss income.
