I think Dr. Tummuru is a good doctor and very capable. The nurses at the procedure center are pretty good too. However, I unfortunately had a very negative experience. The office is severely understaffed and whoever is there at the front desk is not serious about their jobs. You will often see a careless employee at the front desk who does not care about their jobs. I had an endoscopy late Jan and I did not receive a report for 3 months. I just had my second colonoscopy from Dr. Tummuru in 5 years. What I love about him and his staff, is that they are kind and thoroughly explain things before and after the procedure. He also comes in and asks if I have any questions prior to my discharge. Thank you.
