Poor Customer Service. The staff is not friendly at all. It took forever to get a take-out. We had a very unpleasant experience.
Worst service experienced ever. My order was placed at 11:39 through a call. The lady told me the order will be ready in 15 minutes. I reached there to pickup the order at 12:03, I did my payment at 12:05, whole time I was standing right there and no body called my name and ny order was not even ready. I called the staff twice to ask about my order and she said 1 minute and ignored me and started doing her work then I made my friend call the restaurant and let them know I have been waiting for my order for almost 20 minutes.... read more
