I’m completely shocked by what I saw today. One of the staff dropped some channa daal (chickpeas) on the table, and instead of throwing it away, she picked it up and put it back into the serving container. When I asked, she said, “It’s clean, Sir,” but the table was wiped with a dirty cloth definitely not hygienic. Thank God I saw it before eating. I was a regular customer, but never again!
I ordered Kachori Chana and found a piece of plastic or hard paper in the dish. When I informed the staff about it, their response was very rude and unprofessional. This experience was disappointing and raised serious concerns about food safety and customer service.
