Dr Narula is amazing but his staff has always been a problem! I used to overlook it bc he was so wonderful but I just can’t anymore. You can never get through, calls aren’t returned and when you do get ahold of someone after hitting all the options the staff never know what they are doing. And now they can’t get you in for months due to “ vacations” and when asked if you can see another provider you get a rude response of “ they don’t switch patients “ never was asked my name or anything. Great Doctor
Dr. Narula is probably a good doctor if you have no issues and he only sees you once a year. Once you start having issues he stops taking your calls, has his staff be the middleman in all conversations, and tries to send to you another doctor but doesn't contact that doctor for a smooth transition. I have been suffering (gastro issues, bleeding, etc) for over a year thinking he was trying to help me but was giving me medicine that the medical companies was paying he to do so he could get a kickback. He’s absolutely the best! His patient treatment, his bedside manner absolutely impeccable. I love Dr Narula and will continue to see him. He’s so very thorough and kind oh and so funny 🥰
I had a wonderful experience with both the doctor and the office staff. Everyone was extremely professional, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I arrived.
