Dr McKenna is quite simply one of the best Docs on the planet. She is extremely knowledgeable and keeps up to date with the latest medical journals often sharing articles with you. When I had testicular cancer she wrote to the specialists around the country to get the best treatment/protocol available. When I was undergoing Chemotherapy she would accommodate my schedule as best she could - even treating me over the weekend. Dr. McKenna gets my highest recommendation! Dr. McKenna is 110% dedicated to her profession, is very thorough and detail oriented, incredibly knowledgeable, and caring. She double checks and questions the opinions of other doctors, having the other doctors explain and support their own diagnosis/opinions. Evan before our daughter had a confirmed diagnosis of cancer, Dr. McKenna was at the hospital (on a Sunday) talking to us while our daughter was in heart surgery. Dr. McKenna was there going over our daughters chart. Dr. McKenna always took the time to talk to us and explain everything! There were times Dr. McKenna took our daughters chart home to study it!
