Extremely disappointing and stressful experience. I took my Honda Civic to Rajagedara Motors to repair a brake issue, expecting honest advice, basic respect, and professional workmanship. At the beginning, I was clearly told that the disc brake could be repaired, and based on that information, I agreed to proceed. After the work had already started, the explanation suddenly changed.
