Steer clear, bad office practices. I scheduled an appointment as a new patient. Less than 24 hours after scheduling the appointment, they cancelled the appointment because pre-intake forms were not complete, even though the appointment was a week away and I did sent them insurance information. What a terrible process, to cancel a patient without calling them, and without giving them reasonable time to complete paperwork. I recommend going to see an actual pulmonologist with a professional practice.
Very kind, helpful, and efficient staff. Dr. Kakar was great to visit with. He was very detailed and he listened. Highly recommend them!
