I bought a very small diamond ring from here, they did not give any diamond certificate. We were in a little rush so they took the opportunity and changed $2,200 and the written actual price was $2,400 but a year later when we went to another Indian diamond store they ask me the price of my finger ring and immediately they said if possible return it they also told me that, this ring should not be more than $800. Terrible humans! They took my son’s hand and started to escort him outside of the store without our permission. They could have told us that his ice cream wasn’t allowed. It wasnt even falling anywhere. We still would have listened if asked. When I asked the lady, they said they didn’t know who his parents were. Thats no excuse. My son is 7. Very bad experience from this store! The staffs were very very rude and manager doesn’t listen so maybe that’s why the staffs act that way because there’s not training from the manager. Plus they hire people who can’t understand or speak english well.
