I hired RAJ for a generator service contract. The initial visit was excellent, however, the 2nd visit was anything but. The electrician who was out used loose copper wires to wire around a fuse. Sold me a battery that he installed without even testing to see if the system works. When I called the office after I realized some time later it wasnt doing its power cycle, the office said the tech reported that there was no transfer switch installed.
