UPDATE: I did receive communication regarding the matter and the roof has been repaired! I wanted to give the company time to rectify our situation before posting a review but here we are with no resolution in sight. Firstly, communication with this company has been abysmal. We had the materials delivered on Oct 29 and they sat there for 3 weeks with zero communication on when our roof would be done. We had an agreement in July and roof supposed to be done in late August early September. Installation was delayed by a month. Constant rescheduling (Wednesday, Friday, then Wednesday next week and so on). Miscommunication. The work was completed at the end of September. Now is the end of November and I'm still waiting for the warranty documents. I reminded them several times so far. Now they don't even answer the phone calls and don't reply to my messages. Extremely disappointed. Materials sat on my roof for over a month before work began. Once work did begin they didn't bring any replacement decking. Blatant refusal to replace decking even though 20 sheets were negotiated for in my contract. Had to go up on my own roof to inspect the decking. Proceeded to fall through my roof four separate times.
