I had some concerns at first with the cleanup after my roof was finished, as there were nails and debris left behind. To the company’s credit, they reached out right away after my review and came back to clean everything up properly. I really appreciate that they took responsibility and made it right. While I do wish it had been done correctly the first time, I’m glad they cared enough to follow up and ensure things were taken care of. The roof looks good and I appreciate their efforts to improve the experience.
