I was here for dance. In a hurry my daughter forgot her water outside. They would not let my wife in with it. The worker called her disrespectful and made up a bunch of stuff that she said. It was very upsetting.

Building is nice and all, except that apparently only one set of doors on the front of the building works since that's how many were open for the Bailey Zimmerman concert and so many people were forced to miss one or both of the opening acts at no fault of their own.

Went last night for The Thorn. I was thoroughly disappointed in the staff. No one we came across could help us find our seats. We had to keep going back and forth. Then when the show started, they still had people looking for their seats and the staff was just as lost as the guest. You really need to educate your staff. They were no help. One staff member was seated in a chair in the hall, when we asked about the location of our section he was dumbfounded. I don’t know what his purpose was for being there.
