Even at 12 am customer service is amazing
Imagine working 12 hrs in the ED and stopping there for dinner before going to your 3rd floor walkup that you have to use a number pad to enter, only for them to give you the 2 drinks you order and REFUSE to give you drink carrier because you didn’t buy 3 drinks. “The manager says it’s a waste cause we go through them so fast”. So much for customer satisfaction.
The food here is great, and service is quick and consistent. My husband and I always stop by when we’re in the area.
We usually do have a good experience with Cane's, but this location is always excellent.The tenders are fresh and the service is friendly and efficient.
