The customer service was great! Unfortunately, the chicken strips and Cane’s signature sauce just were not for me. I found the chicken to be a little too heavily breaded, dry, and the "signature sauce" was nasty - sweeter than I prefer. I was also disappointed that ranch dressing was not an option, although they do offer hot sauce and ketchup. Great customer support, very friendly. And they helped with everything we needed, and the manager walked table to table asking if the food was great. And if there was anything they could get them extra
Food was decent the fries get soggy fast ! The apple sauce they gave me expired in June and I didn’t get the canes sauce for my kids meal
