I went August 16th around 9:30pm. There was a huge line for the drive thru around the restaurant. I decided to get down to place my order to go. When I got home I notice a small curly hair in my food. i immediately felt disgusted and refused to feed my family the food. I called the restaurant and it took forever for someone to pick up. This pertains to insuring the correct beverages are with the correct DoorDash order. Every time I order from this location it’s the same issue never the right drink size. I mean I get they are busy but to not have time to check the order before it goes out with something so simple. In this case I feel like if they are just going to give me whatever size of drink they want I’m going to start ordering a kids size and should I expect a regular drink? Unsatisfied customer.
