If a customer specifically asks you about an item in their order, and you confirm it’s correct, it should be correct. Instead, deciding to be polite and move out of the drive through because they were busy caused me to have to go inside. That’s fine, mistakes happen, but the blonde in the blue shirt decided to laugh about it to her coworkers. So I’m assuming they’re now doing this on purpose. Better management is needed here.
