I have ordered twice on the app and used curbside pickup. Both times I ordered the 3 piece combo without fries and with extra slaw to sub for the fries. Both times the delivered without fries but also with no extra slaw either time. At least they were consistent. That substitution seems so easy to make ans was in "writing" from the app. Both times they got that wrong. The food was pretty food for fast food chicken. i ordered a box combo with no coleslaw, I GOT NO FRIES AND CLOWSLAW and i waited in like for 30 mins
10/10... we are from Charlottesville and let me tell you what.. this location is MILES AHEAD Charlottesville's location. The food was phenomenal, hot, fresh, , super easy to get in and out of. Will go here from now on when craving canes.
